  • Cancellation 8+ days prior to arrrival - No Charge (with the exception of deposit) or refund of tariff balance if paid upfront LESS the 10% deposit 

  • Within 7 days of arrival * Full charge/No Refund 

The payment of the 10% deposit is a commitment to the booking, on both sides, & makes those dates unavailable for us to sell to anyone else - therefore in the event of any cancellation, at any time, the deposit is non refundable.

Any refunds for payments made with credit card will be less credit card transaction fees.
Credit card/EFTPOS is available onsite.  Please note a 2.5% surcharge applies for payment by credit card- (& includes debit credit cards)

To avoid the 2.5% fee on the room tariff,  payment can be made at least 7 days prior by direct credit to:

Children:              Due to close proximity to the waterfront, a stream running through the property & the terrain, this property is NOT suitable for children under 16 yrs old.  Note, the cabins do not accommodate any more than 2 people.  We have a lot of couples coming to stay with us that are having a break from children or on an adults group trip, so a kids free environment is the best fit for the majority of our guests.

Dogs:                     We have our own dog on our property, a friendly Springer Spaniel, Oscar.  We unfortunately can't allow guests dogs to stay due to wildlife (wekas especially), & the comfort of other guests.

Smoking:             Please smoke outside only.

Please email us in advance of your arrival:

  • Are you are walking in (if so from where, eg; Ship Cove),  travelling direct to Tawa Cove by water taxi or boating privately?  

  • Which water taxi company are you using? What time are you departing Picton?

  • Do you have any bags being dropped off by water taxi; if you are walking QCT? - this is important as we won't chase up bags that we don't know are coming.

  • If by private boat, do you need the mooring reserved for you?

  • Bed configuration -King or Twin Singles - very important if you are wanting a twin -  beds are made up as Kings & can't be re-made to a twin if only notified on arrival, sorry.

  • Food/meal orders, if required. Let us know of any dietary requirements please
